  • 300 gr of white flour or all-purpose flour
  • 150 gr of brown sugar (but, if you want, better to use dates)
  • 80 gr of carob flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 0,5 ts of a Himalayan pink salt
  • 15 gr of dry vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 200 ml of water
  • 50 gr of melted coconut oil (or other vegetable oil)

Mix all wet ingredients and all dry ingredients. After, mix it together slowly about 2-3 minutes until well blended. Grease the baking dish and pour the mix. Preheat oven to 190 C (375F) and bake your Naradi cake for about 30 minutes. Enjoy!

For you, I decided to write a recipe for a f*cking delicious vegan pasta. Pasta is easy and quick to prepare and will kill your hunger on the spot. This combination of Italian sauce and Indian spices will not leave you indifferent.

The ingredients you need to cook the best vegan pasta:

  • 60 gr or more penne rigate pasta, you can replace.
  • 250 gr good tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2 teaspoons of mustard grains
  • 1 teaspoon of asafoetida
  • 0.5-1 teaspoon of vegetable masala or garam masala. You can put a curry. Add depending on what kind of wittiness you want to have a paste.
  • 1 tsp of dried thyme
  • 0.5 tsp of rose salt
  • 1 tsp of  basil
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano

How to cook quick and easy vegan pasta:

Get ready for the fact that you prepare a stunned vegan pasta, prepare all the ingredients. Feel like an alchemist – your excellent mood is the guarantee of a delicious dish.
Put a pan on the fire and put coconut oil. When the oil spreads over the pan add the grain of mustard and asafoetida. When the grain of mustard starts to crackle put the masala and stir it all together 10 seconds.
